Mediators Section Help Tips

If you're having difficulty logging into the Mediators Section of the website, here are some tips which may help resolve the problem.

IF YOU SEE the dialog box asking you for the Username and Password...
 
1.
Make sure you're using the correct Username and Password.
 
2.
Both the Username and Password should contain only lowercase characters.
  IF YOU DO NOT SEE the dialog box asking you for the Username and Password...

Clear your browser's cache (temporary memory).
- Select the Tools Menu
- Then "Internet Options"
- Under "Temporary Internet Files", click "Delete Files".
- When the dialog box opens, click the box reading "Delete All Offline Content"
- Then Click "OK"
- Click "OK" Again to close all the menus
- Close the browser then open it again

If that doesn't solve the difficulty, you can try resetting the security level back to the Default level. To do that...
- Select the Tools Menu
- Then "Security"
- With the "Internet" selection highlighted, click "Default Level"


One other test... You can try logging in to another standard password-protected section on a different server.   To do that, click the link below:

Username:   demo
Password:   demo
 
Are you able to enter the section and see the page above?
Both the page above and the Mediators Section on this server are password-protected using the standard UNIX password-protection method so you may wish to contact your ISP and ask if they have either altered your browser, or installed a proxy server or done anything else which would prevent your browser from being able to enter and view a standard password-protected web page. You are welcome to provide them with the demo Username and Password on the example link above to see if they can access the demo sample from their browser.
