IF YOU SEE the dialog box asking you for the
Username and Password...
1.
Make sure you're using
the correct Username and Password.
2.
Both the Username and Password
should contain only lowercase characters.

IF YOU DO NOT SEE the dialog box asking you for the
Username and Password...
1.
Clear your browser's cache (temporary memory).
- Select the Tools Menu
- Then "Internet Options"
- Under "Temporary Internet Files", click "Delete Files".
- When the dialog box opens, click the box reading "Delete All Offline Content"
- Then Click "OK"
- Click "OK" Again to close all the menus
- Close the browser then open it again

If that doesn't solve the difficulty, you can try
resetting the security level back to the Default level.
To do that...
- Select the Tools Menu
- Then "Security"
- With the "Internet" selection highlighted, click "Default Level"
